Delicious!

I've known about Burnin' Beak for many years. I used to buy it in a locally owned shop here in Long Beach, CA. For what it's worth, my gut can't handle heat. While I would eat the Burnin' Beak hot version, it sometimes didn't agree with my gut. So, I was anxious to try the mild version. Wow! There is a kick on the back of the tongue, but nothing I can't handle. I tried it on crackers with a dab of mascarpone cheese, delightful! The original Hot is good, and the rest of my family loves it, but now I can join in with this mild version.

Orange Stinger is my favorite!
