BURNIN' BBQ SAUCE has the perfect balance of sweet, tangy and spicy flavors to add the finishing touch to any backyard barbeque. Whether you're grilling burgers, ribs, steaks, sausage, chicken or pork tenderloin, this barbeque sauce will amp it up!

This recipe uses our Golden Ghost Pepper Jelly which has a lot of spicy heat and a lemony punch but you can use any of our pepper jellies. Try them all to find just the right flavor for you.



1/2 cup ketsup 
1/2 cup bottled chili sauce (Heinz preferred) 
1 cup distilled white vinegar 
2 T Worcestershire sauce 
1/4 cup minced white onion 
1/4 cup Burnin' Beak Golden Ghost Pepper Jelly 
4 minced garlic cloves 
1/2 tsp salt 
1/2 tsp dry mustard



1. Place all ingredients in a small saucepan. Stir well to combine.

2. Heat over low heat and simmer @15 mins.

3. Let cool and serve or refrigerate covered for later use.


Makes @ 2 cups
