FIRST FARMERS MARKET IN RICHARDSON, TEXAS

FIRST FARMERS MARKET IN RICHARDSON, TEXAS

Burnin' Beak is branching out!

My sister, D'Ann and I attended our first farmers market on Saturday, May 17th in Richardson, TX at Four Seasons Market on Campbell Rd.

Since we had such great success at the Artisans' Market event at Williams Sonoma in Northpark Center in Dallas in February, we decided to try serving my pepper jelly at her local farmers market.

This time we reached new heights. Our best selling event yet!

Surprisingly, the best sellers were the Mild and the Hot Habanero Pepper Jelly (we thought the Texans would go for more of the Super Hot). The event was such a great success, D'Ann has decided to start making and selling my marmalade on a regular basis in the Dallas area.

I hope to join her for as many events as I can. In fact, we have another date scheduled to attend another Artisans' Market at Williams Sonoma in August.

I know she's going to soar! Texans love spicy foods!
