BURNIN' BEAK GLAZED PECANS

Glazed or candied nuts are one of the most delicious snacks or treats! Why? It's the sweet, savory combo that can be so addictive.
Also, glazed nuts can be added to many different foods like salads, rice dishes, sprinkled on top of pasta dishes, added to smoothies and more!

1 1/2 cups pecan halves
1 cup Burnin' Beak Habanero Pepper Jelly
4 tsp butter
1/8-1/4 tsp salt
1. Combine all ingredients in a deep saucepan and cook over medium heat for 7-8 minutes until pecans are lightly browned.
2. Lightly spray a foil-lined baking sheet with cooking spray.
3. Spread mixture out onto the baking sheet and bake pecans at 250 degrees for 40 minutes.
4. Remove from oven and let pecans cool then store in an air tight container for up to a week or freeze for later use.
Makes 1 1/2 cups glazed pecans
