GREEN GHOST PEPPER JELLY

$11.95

Green Ghost Pepper Jelly

Don't let ghost peppers haunt you. They are friendlier than you think especially when paired with the sweet, delectable flavors of pepper jelly. The Green Ghost Pepper Jelly is one of the latest products in Burnin' Beak's line of pepper jellies taking pairing to a whole new level.

With its accents of mint and lime, Green Ghost pairs perfectly with Mediterranean flavors. Use directly on meats and vegetables or in combination with traditional spices like rosemary, oregano and thyme. As with every jelly in Burnin' Beak's line, the Green Ghost is versatile. Spice up Greek lamb dishes, Mexican fajitas or add to cocktails like mojitos or mint juleps for cocktails with a kick!

For reference, the Green Ghost is tamer on the heat level than the Golden Ghost.

Available in both 3.75 oz (small) and 10 oz (large) jars.

Made in Morro Bay CA, USA

Love

I use this product on toast, on toast with peanut butter, it goes on my nachos, It goes into the bowl of chili. I am even toying with the idea of mixing it in with the Salsa.

We love hearing about all the ways you use our pepper jelly! Thanks so much for the review.

Great jelly. So very good on most everything.
But try making bacon in the oven and prior to being done, brush this amazing jelly on. This will blow your tastebuds away!!

My new favorite

The Ghost Pepper is my new favorite.
Try this: Bake (yes, bake) bacon in the oven.
At the point it’s nearly done, heat some of the Ghost Pepper Jelly. Brush it on the bacon.
Once done you’ll have a stunning candied spicy bacon that lifts your favorite Bloody Mary.
OMG good!
Ghost Bacon!

David, thanks so much for the recipe!! Bloody Mary with candied spicy bacon? Hell yes!

Haunts my Dreams

This has got to be my favorite Burnin' Beak product to date! I put this on everything from oysters to my finger! It's hot but it still offers a lot of flavor. I didn't believe in poltergeists, but the ghost pepper has been haunting my dreams ever since I tried it.

Matthew - thanks so much for your glowing review.

Really fantastic product. Tried it myself with some chicken and zucchini on the grill, DELICIOUS!! It has a subtle mint flavor that goes really well with the heat.

Brought it to cookout about a week later and everyone really liked it as well!!

Try it :)
