TERIYAKI DIPPING SAUCE
BURNIN' BEAK TERIYAKI DIPPING SAUCE
For February 2023, we decided to get a little saucy. After all, it is the LOVE month. And we're planning our meals with some delicious sauces in mind. Sauces are a great way to change up and spice up almost any entree.
This dipping sauce is an all-purpose, flavorful and oh-so-versatile sauce. You can use it in a stir-fry, as a dip for wontons or egg rolls, drizzle it over a cucumber salad, mix some into cooked white or brown rice, use it as a salad dressing, drizzle over cooked salmon, to name a few ways. The flavor combination is salty, tangy, sweet and nutty.
1/2 c Burnin' Beak Habanero Pepper Jelly
1 T dark sesame oil
1 T minced fresh, peeled ginger root
1 T orange juice
2 T soy sauce
1 small clove garlic, minced
1. Place ingredients in a small bowl and whisk until smooth.
2. Use immediately or store in the refrigerator for later use.
Makes @ 3/4 cup sauce
