BURNIN' BEAK BURNIN' MOJITO
The mojito, a traditional Cuban highball, consists of 5 ingredients, white rum, sugar, lime juice, soda water and mint. This variation incorporates the Green Ghost Pepper Jelly to lend more of the lime and mint flavors and adds a touch of spicy heat from the ghost peppers.
A few sips of this cocktail and you'll be doing the cha-cha-cha!
4 sprigs of mint
1 T Burnin' Beak Green Ghost Pepper Jelly
1 T fresh lime juice
1 1/2 oz white rum
1. In a tall glass, muddle the mint, pepper jelly and lime juice.
2. Add ice and the rum. Stir well.
3. Top off with soda water.
